Meet Dr. Alyssa

a little bit about me

I’m a pelvic floor physical therapist who works with women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

After dealing with back and pelvic pain myself, I know how frustrating it is when your body feels like it’s working against you. That experience is a big part of why I care so much about getting to the root cause—not just managing symptoms, but actually helping women heal for the long term.

I use a holistic, 3-phase pelvic wellness approach (Align, Build, Sustain) to guide women through lasting recovery. Whether you’re dealing with leaking, prolapse, or pain, we focus on rebuilding strength and confidence step by step—so you can get back to doing what you love without fear.

I grew up in the Midwest, went to PT school in the Pacific Northwest, and now live in the Colorado Rockies with my husband and our dog, Louie. When I’m not working, you’ll find me teaching Pilates, lifting weights, or out on a trail.

My goal is to help women feel strong, capable, and fully supported—because you deserve more than just “dealing with it.”

Helping active women around the world live a life without limits.
