I’m a pelvic floor physical therapist and founder of Pelvic Wellness Co.
After dealing with back and pelvic pain myself, I know how frustrating it feels when your body seems to work against you. That experience drives my passion for finding the root cause, not just managing symptoms, but helping women heal for the long term.
I help women feel strong, confident, and free of symptoms often brushed off as “normal.” Whether you want to be proactive during pregnancy, recover postpartum, or finally address leaking, heaviness, or pain, I support active women in all stages through my 3-Phase Pelvic Wellness Method. This personalized approach blends rehab, fitness, and wellness so you can heal long term.
I grew up in the Midwest, went to PT school in the Pacific Northwest, and now live in the Colorado Rockies with my husband and our dog, Louie. When I’m not working, you’ll find me teaching Pilates, lifting weights, or out on a trail.
My goal is to help women feel strong, capable, and fully supported because you deserve more than “just dealing with it.”
