Meet the Founder
Alyssa VanKeulen, PT, DPT
I’m a pelvic floor physical therapist who loves helping women through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
After dealing with back and pelvic pain myself, I know how frustrating it is when your body feels like it’s working against you. That experience is a big part of why I care so much about getting to the root cause, not just managing symptoms but actually helping women heal long-term.
I use my holistic, 3-phase pelvic wellness method to guide women through long-term healing. Whether you’re dealing with leakage, prolapse, or pain, we focus on rebuilding strength and confidence so you can get back to doing what you love without symptoms & fear.
I grew up in the Midwest, went to PT school in the Pacific Northwest, and now live in the Colorado Rockies with my husband and our dog, Louie. When I’m not working, you’ll find me working out, traveling or out on a trail.
My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and symptom-free because you deserve more than just “dealing with it.”
